This message asks the question..."Are you an Idol builder or an Altar builder"? Whomever reigns in our heart and how we live our lives, tell which one we are building. Through the example of Moses we are encouraged to be "Altar" builders for God. Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

God's Top Ten Words Exodus 20:1-11 Part 1
Monday Sep 21, 2015
Monday Sep 21, 2015
God's first four commandments deal with our relationship and our covenant with Him. He is basically saying to us, "I want you to take Me seriously and I want you to take what you say and what you do seriously." God is a jealous God! He said, "You shall have no other god's before Me". The god's in our lives can be in the form of money, material possessions, other people, ourselves, our time etc. God wants first place in our lives ahead of everything else. Where would you say He is at on your priority list?

On Christ The Solid Rock We Stand And Drink - Exodus 17:1-7
Sunday Aug 09, 2015
Sunday Aug 09, 2015
The Children of Israel continue their journey through the wilderness and find themselves thirsting for water again. As usual they grumble and complain, ready to throw stones at Moses for taking them out of Egypt. Moses turns to the Lord and cries for help, which God responds graciously and provides for His ungrateful, faithless people again. God happens to be very resourceful! He provides water from inanimate object to quench their thirst and reveals that He indeed is a patient, caring and loving God. He then leads them to Rephidim, which means...place of rest.
Because He loves us,we can have peace knowing that when we are waterless in the wilderness, He will care for us in the most unexpected ways. We can rest in His care for us. He is our solid Rock upon which we can stand, He gives us living water to drink so that we will never thirst again.
