Jesus desires to be in the middle of our lives, to be in our midst.  Just like the women who went to the tomb that Resurrection morning, God was and is weaving a story in everything that happened in their lives and  in ours today. God wants us to see Him in everything that touches our lives even in the things we don't understand. In His perfect timing He reveals to us what He has planned for us, since the beginning of time.

Jesus clearly tells us that there is an invisible world that impacts our visible world. You and I have an enemy that is invisible but he is not fictional. He is ever scheming to deceive us and to twist the truth of who God is. We have power through the Holy Spirit, an arsenal of weapons found in Ephesians 6:13-18 and the authority of Jesus Christ to defeat him, overcome him and live victoriously.

Our God is a Covenant making, Covenant keeping God. God made a covenant with Abraham guaranteeing him a great life, whose influence would span all generations. We are recipients of all that God had promised Abraham, four thousand years ago. We are encouraged to know that God always keeps His promises!

Matthew 7:24-27 speaks of building a stable life. The question is what's under your feet? Is it solid rock, or shifting sand? Jesus is our "Solid Rock" on whom we can build our life. In doing so we are assured that when the storms of life come and rock our world, we will remain solid and secure.

How can we pray unceasingly when our lives are so busy? Instead of trying so hard, Jesus calls us to surrender, let go of ourselves and maybe even be willing to give up our "shower time" for His Kingdom.

Exodus chapter forty is divided into three sections which are outlined for us with three key words. Two of those words are simple principles Moses practiced...he followed "Instructions", he was "Obedient" and the word that describe the end result is, "glory".

In Exodus 34, Moses after breaking the Ten Commandments, returns to Mount Sinai to receive the second set of tablets of God's Law. We draw from Moses' time spent with God three very important concepts... First, Our Identity is connected to the Word of God, secondly, Our Identity is connected to God's Covenant and thirdly,Our Identity is connected to Communion with God.  When we realize our identity is found in Jesus we will reflect His light, His beauty, His grace and His glory!
